The daily quiche that day was tuna. I had never had a tuna quiche and well ... now I remember why. I wasn't a big fan of it. It tasted way too fishy. The crust was lovely. Buttery and flakey. But the quiche all together was a bit of a fail. It wasn't eggy enough. It came with a tiny side of salad made of kale and cherry tomatoes, lightly dressed with a simple vinaigrette which was nice.
