Dominique Ansel is most famous for its Cronut(Croissant+Donut) yet this is not sold in the Hong Kong stores..... till NOW. I haven't also tried their DKA so I decided to try bothBoth pastries have the croissant like texture being fluffy and buttery with its outside sprinkled with sugar. The Cronut definitely looks more appealing on the outside. It's inside is filled with Lychee Jam and White chocolate cream. It was packed with flavors with each bite and very fragrant. Though, I think if the Cronut had been less sweet, I would have chosen it over DKA as it has limitless potential for its fillings. Hope there will be new flavors in the future(and less sweet)
