No wait time, interior is warm enough. Service is robotic without real warmth. Ordered the tapas set menu and they all came at once and crowded up the table! Used to staggered eating, some plates were going cold as we couldnt finish everything at once. Sangria was average, felt like it was just red wine and ice instead. To top it off the pork loin was served close to raw which was inedible!! When we mentioned this to the waiter, she simply took the plate away without apology. Were not give

Very disappointing experience will not be back. Far better spanish options in HK.
