Tonight, me and my friend were hungry after around so we were in Cafe Med for dinner. The atmosphere is comfortable and very spacious. We got a set dinner for two.The soup arrived within a minute, the mushroom soup was creamy and full of mushroom crumbs. The borsch was tomatoy and had lots of veggies. The soup arrived within a minute, the mushroom soup was creamy and full of mushroom crumbs. The borsch was tomatoy and had lots of veggies. The veggies were very soft to eat.
The butter toast was buttery and crunchy. I like to dip it into the soup to soften it up a bit before eating.
Our starter came later on, the baked escargots was served on a sizzling plate. We had to wait for awhile before tasting them because they were just so hot. The escargots were buttery and tasty. They were soft and easy to chew. I like to eat it with the potato mash, the mash was very buttery and creamy.
Grilled Canada AAA iron steak was pretty good. There were three stripes and were cooked perfectly. The steaks were tender and juicy. They were full of flavour so we didn't need to dip them in any sauce. The fries were the one that we used to eat long time ago, they were thick and full of potato. I like them very much because they were crispy outside and mashy inside.
Asparagus mushroom risotto with cream sauce came last, it smelled so nice. The rice was soft and tasted so good with mushroom and cream sauce. The sauce was creamy and milky. The asparagus were fresh and crunchy.
We had ice-cream at the end, the staff gave us two different types: strawberry and matcha. The strawberry was a bit sour and the matcha was too sweet.
