Walked past a few times and liked the bright welcoming decor. Decided to try for Dinner.Friendly servers.Charcoal grill.Here’s what we had. Small welcoming cup of chicken soup.猪天梯- the connective tissue between the pig's upper jaw and gums, with a layered appearance resembling a staircase. 厚切牛舌芯
鸡皮饺子- oily and the skin was not crispy enough
提登- gone a bit cold
炭火地鸡- server warned us about the thick charred flavor but we thought it was ok. A bit oily- that’s prob why the piece of lemon was there.
烧明太子饭团- crispy exterior but interior was too moist.
In summary: had high expectations for a charcoal grill experience but reality fell short. Excellent service tho.
