The dressing was not too sour, nor was it overly sweet, I think it was perfectly seasoned.

The next one would be Tom Yum Kung (or spicy prawn soup) and this was one of my favorite Thai dishes. It was so delicious for its unique sour and spicy taste. Every time I when I drink the soup, I certainly need it more and more. As I know, the soup’s herbal ingredients can have medicinal properties as well! What a wonderful soup!

The restaurant did serve quite impressive side dishes, including Hainan Chicken. I loved the chicken meat because it was so smooth, plump and tender! The silky smooth skin, though coated with a lot of oil, was delicious. You will not regret sinking your teeth into the slices of yummy chicken meat.
The garlicky, sour and chili sauce was great as well. A good watch with the white chicken.

I had Thai fried rice with shrimp. You got a large plate of fried rice with Fried eggs and shrimps. It was quite satisfying.

Dessert platter included Coconut sago pudding, coconut agar-agar jelly, Pandan Coconut Cake. All tasted sticky and chewy. So lovely!
You may also order some white wine. The acidity of white wine could further improve the taste.
PS. One of the staff who came from Thailand was so friendly and served us really well. Thank you very much!
