This is classic HK Dim Sum.This restaurant just steams the best dim sum the chef made and takes out straight away for the customers, i.e. you do not pre-order but they offer you the dim sum of differnt variety.This is in fact the old style of Dim Sum in HK - my Dad told me tonight!!Every type of dim sum was good, and many people mentioned in this blog already. I would like to comment on the fried noodle with spicy vege and beef here.The noodles were basically cranchy - yes! It is of extreme goo

Every type of dim sum was good, and many people mentioned in this blog already. I would like to comment on the fried noodle with spicy vege and beef here.
The noodles were basically cranchy - yes! It is of extreme good quality and we all feel this would be even better if we order "add chili" next time.
