I recently dined at Jom in Wanchai, Hong Kong, and had an exceptional experience. The vibrant atmosphere is perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. The Mee Goreng, with its authentic flavors and homemade condiments, was a highlight, and the Wat Tan Hor’s rich, velvety sauce was divine, true to their catchphrase, "It's all about the sauce."
