Extremely bad service and attitude.

Went with family for what was supposed to be a happy occasion. Waitress accidentally poured all the sauces on my nephew. Not one apology. Had to ask them to clean the area where the sauce all was on the floor. Asked for management and they didn’t speak a work of Cantonese or English. Very bad attitude towards a resolution as one lady that came out claiming to be the manager. She only offered to take off the service charge to which of course I was not satisfied with. Very bad attitude towards a resolution as one lady that came out claiming to be the manager. She only offered to take off the service charge to which of course I was not satisfied with. Finally another gentleman came out who knew a little English. Offered 50% off the bill to which was still not satisfactory as we barely even touched the food. End result, manager lost his temper and ushered us out of the restaurant and said we did not need to pay.
