Fish maw dishes in bargaining prices

Came here on Sunday evening to try the well-known fish maw. Who wouldn't like fish maw?  Arrived at 6:30pm and the restaurant was 60% full. By 7pm, the restaurant was completely full. If you don't want to queue, remember to come earlier. Double boiled Signature Fish Maw & Chicken Soup $58There are so many ingredients inside the small pot. 5-6 pieces of mini fish maw, chicken meat, chicken feet, ham, red dates and wolf berries.  There are so many ingredients inside the small pot. 5-6 pieces of mini fish maw, chicken meat, chicken feet, ham, red dates and wolf berries. I'm surprised with the generous portion of ingredients
.  The soup is so sweet and delicious! Fish maw texture was a little hard, would be better if it is softer.

 One word "wow". There are two big pieces of fish maw, one thick mushroom (it is hidden under the fish maw in this photo), broccoli and noodles. Fish aw size is much bigger than the soup one. Texture is soft and chewy....delicious 
 This mushroom is thick and I love it! There are shrimp roe on the noodles with oyster sauce.

 The lobster is fried with crispy outside but it is soft and juicy on the inside. Lobster is fresh and sweet. Scallop is fresh and soft, it was not overcooked. The noodles texture was just right with a strong garlic smell/taste.


Highly recommended to anyone who love fish maw and the price is a bargain!
