I have originally booked a reservation through open rice and I have arrived 10mins late and the staff downstairs said because we are late and she tried to contact us but no pickup and therefore she gave the table to someone else. FIRST OF ALL, on the booking page it had written “reserve table for 15mins” MOREOVER, I have instantly checked my phone and there were no missed call or whatsoever.I have shown to the staff downstairs and she just ignored me and insisted that she has tried to reach me a

MOREOVER, I have instantly checked my phone and there were no missed call or whatsoever.
I have shown to the staff downstairs and she just ignored me and insisted that she has tried to reach me and all she can do is to try to arrange the next available table.
At the end, only one table available which is for 2 persons only and we 3 people had to squeezed in. The staff upstairs were more helpful.
Food wise it is very good. This is the second time I came and it still taste amazing to me Would be much better if they can improve their booking/table arrangement.
