Today, we went to have lunch at this small cafe again. This was already the forth time for me to go there, coz I like the environment and simple food there.Environment - simple and comfortable.Service - good. Warm and friendly.Food - (1 ) Hokkaido Milk - Creamy(2) Fried Egg White/Egg - very good and smooth. Someone may find them too light-tasted, but Iike them.(3) Toast - quite ok, but comparing to those thick ones, it is not "外脆内软" enough. Pls improve.(4) Waffle - very good! Soft and buttery,

(4) Waffle - very good! Soft and buttery, unlike those selling by the hawkers, it is made by eggs and flour instead of mixing with lots of water.
(5) Cha Siu Rice - very good, tasty and juicy! The sauce is great with fried eggs.
(6) Hokkaido Coffee - Iced coffee is better than hot one. More miky. But it is as sour as those offering in local cheap 茶餐厅, unlike 翠华, which is Italian one, so yummy. Pls improve.
(7) Milk Tea - watery, tasteless...
In general speaking, if u are ladies who want to find a place offering 茶餐厅 fried egg sets with relaxing enviroments and magazines, this is a good place to go!
