The Sanctum is a hidden gem. I recently tried their barramundi, and it was a mouthwatering experience. The fish was incredibly flavorful, and the chef's personal touch of deboning it at the table added a special touch. The attention to detail and the skill displayed by the chef truly elevated my dining experience. The Sanctum is the place to be.
