As my friends and I did not know what we'd bought to this year's party, it happened that similar dishes appeared on the same table. Besides the Salmon Salad brought by my friend, I've selected the Salmon Caesar Salad from another restaurant. Lots of Smoked Salad was mixed with lettuce, bacon chips, croutons & cheeses. Though the salad's quite heavily dressed, it's still light and the freshness of the greens plus the crispness those croutons enlightened the whole dish!
The Potato, Bacon & Capsicum Quiche's another great discover. Relatively thick slices of potatoes could be found and filled with aroma of the bacon and capsicum. It's not heavy but could be better if it's more chessy...
