we are here for lunch around 1pm for lunch to celebrating our birthday dinner with our families. we had ordered 2 jugs of beer however I saw the jugs were at the bar and the waitress just standing nearby with her mobile without any service until the bar table were full of drinks. 4 other staffs were grouping together at the ordering computer without providing any service to other table. we had been to Ruby Tuesday for long and usually visiting the one in Causeway Bay which provide a warming welc

however I saw the jugs were at the bar and the waitress just standing nearby with her mobile without any service until the bar table were full of drinks.
4 other staffs were grouping together at the ordering computer without providing any service to other table.
we had been to Ruby Tuesday for long and usually visiting the one in Causeway Bay which provide a warming welcome, waitress were able to help and always around. This is the first time we experience almost no service at all during our 2 hours lunch.
However, the quality of food is at standard level as expected. recommended crab cake and ribs are the must for order
