Been wanting to try Okra for a while, and despite the hype, was not disappointed!Flavours were all round great. For A sides, we ordered the Dashi peanuts, Brussels sprouts and tomato salad. Thumbs up for all. For B sides, we ordered Oyster rice and fried chicken sandwich. Highly recommend both. Oyster rice was spicy and umami. Fried chicken sandwich was savoury, sweet and satisfying. Service was friendly, helpful and attentive, albeit a little forgetful. Forgot the drinks and then the sandwich. But both were quickly remedied.
The main downside, as others have noted, is the awkward seating - only bar seats or tables for 2, and all are high bar stools with no back support. Bumping into the person sitting behind you is a regular occurrence.
All-in-all, we will be back!
