Azure Restaurant Slash Bar (已結業)

I went with a couple of friends to try out their lunch set and was thoroughly impressed. The starter was a fois gras toast which was very artistically executed and creamy and went beautifully with the crisp cracker and raspberry sauce. The main course was an excellent black truffle risotto which was beautifully executed. The rice had a lovely texture and just cooked so that the rice wasn't too soft. The rich creamy truffle sauce was seasoned with sea salt grains which gave it a nice crunch and t
