Came here tonight with 3 others for the best Korean BBQ in town. I already came twice before, and the food and service were as great as the last 2 visits. This is especially refreshing as services in restaurants Hong Kong are generally not that responsive. I ordered the stone pot bibimbap and it is awesome! It came out really fast, with different incredients contrasting in the pot, it's great in appearance as well as taste! The ingredients are fresh and it's very authentic according to my Korean friend. The sauce was also provided for mixing, and it blended well with the ingredients.
The restaurant was pretty busy, but the waiter was always responsive. There was no mistakes in our orders and whenever we requested something it always came really fast.
The BBQ was also great! We ordered 2 dishes for the 4 of us, and we all thought it was extremely tasty. One of the dish was pork and the other was beef. Both were super tasty! We decided to grill for ourselfs and hearing the sizzle of the meat on top of the hot pan made me drool.
And the reward for waiting was definitely worth it, with the meat in my mouth dipped in the sauces provided and wrapped around fresh vegetables. The coolness of the vegetables is great for both adding crunchiness and for wrapping around the hot meat for eating immediately.
Overall I would reommend Pyeong Chang to everyone!
