I go to Kowloon city to have dinner with my families.I passed by a cake shop located in Nga Tsin Wai road called "Noah Castella".The fruit made Castella caught my attention.There are strawberry & mango flavours.I chose the mango one.The mango castella cost HKD$139.It composes of three layers.The top layer is the mango cube embedded in gelatine.The second layer is the mango cheese mixture.The third layer is the chocolate cake.The mango cubes are sweet and soft as the mango is ripe.The mango chees

The mango cubes are sweet and soft as the mango is ripe.The mango cheese layer is smooth and creamy.This layer tastes like yogurt.Its not too sweet.You can even taste some saltiness from the cheese.
The chocolate cake layer provides a little bit nice bitterness.It will be great if the chocolate cake layer being the thinker ones.
Although the mango castella is delish.It is quite heavy.But a small slice of it will just be fine.XD
You can ask the bakery to provide dry ice to prevent the cake melting down on the way home.张贴
