Tried her signature dishes, roasted piglet in spanish style👍👍👍, handmade pasta ‘spatzle’ and the juicy baked roast chicken. My friends especially liked her rich onion soup. Using mascarpone in place of too sweet custard for her napoleon dessert is a smart choice, though I might try greek yogurt with fruity syrup as a healthier option😃
