🍺🍜Beer ramen (no alcohol) - super IG-able 打卡 dish 📸 take out the noodles into a bowl, mix with the soup base (tastes like soba noodle sauce), cream, white radish mush & wasabi. Pro tip: leave most of the cream out to get a more balanced/enhanced flavour
🍏🥗 Shredded Granny Smith crab roe salad - v refreshing with the use of 🍏 a good starter to stimulate your appetite 😋 salad dressing is slightly too much for Pan’s liking
🥩 Japanese A5 Miyazaki wagyu stone grill - a recommended dish for Jan/Feb 2023, cook on the stone grill to get to ur preferred degree of doneness. Very tender & juicy! Comes with steak sauce & a special homemade honey mustard sauce. Discounted to $388 (from $554)❗️
Roasted nigiri sushi engawa roll (左口鱼) - fresh, topped with crab roe, tobiko & scallion adding to overall texture, skip the soy sauce/wasabi as u got enough flavours from the roll 👌🏼
🧸🧊Ice bear drinks - another photo opportunity here. Strong peach flavour with oolong tea which Pan likes, mango yakult frappe is also good where the mango taste is not so artificial
