OVERALL: choose from a short or long menu for lunch/dinner (difference is 5 dishes), Bon had the short menu - quite carby meal, chefs are v. friendly (they all used to go to school together!)
🐓chicken rice - super juicy and one of the better three yellow chickens in the city, served w/ japanese pearl rice and ikura, big portion
🍞uni - hokkaido sea urchin on french toast, expected more than a bite size appetizer, overall taste is ok
🐟tuna - similar to uni, more like an amuse bouche. another small one bite appetizer, interesting take on tartare wraped in a cripsy cylinder shell
🍄pasta - angel hair w/ sturgeon caviar, highlight of the night, v. generous w/ caviar and white truffle oil 🙊🙊
🍶sake - selection is minimal at the moment, better off paying for corkage/byob for pairing
