I had been pretty looking forward to such a dinner because I hadn't had such a romantic dinner with my meal partner in sosooo long!I arrived early around 6:35pm after work on a weekday. It was empty and we were the first group of diners. Oyster on Chef Selection (2 pcs of oyster served with lemon and duo of vinadrette) was served to us. The server introduced that the thinner one was from Japan while the fatter one was from the US. I added some lemon juice to the Japanese one. It was fresh but not too fatty. It was ok. My partner said the US one was ok too. Nothing outstanding though.

Summer Truffle Porcini Toast (Josper grill toast served with summer truffle porcini) smelt super good of truffle when served. However it was a bit disappointing texture wise because it was not crispy enough. Taste wise it was a bit too salty too.
The server introduced to us there were three types of Mocktail today being Pineapple, Passion Fruit and Lychee when he was taking our orders. He asked us what time we would like the drinks to be served to us.

Pineapple Mocktail was delicious, not too sweet at all and looked so pretty.

Passion Fruit Mocktail was even better as it was slightly sweeter but presentation wise I liked the other one better.

King Crab Leg (Charcoal grilled Japanese king crab leg with clarified butter) smelt so good of charcoal grilled aroma when served. They tasted like frozen crab but not fresh crab but still ok. They tasted great when eaten with the clarified butter on the side, which tasted so rich in butter.

Daily Seasonal Clams (Lemongrass and chili with cream sauce) were super outstanding. There were 8 pieces and some of them were really huge. They were the best clams I had ever had - so fresh and tasty and chewy. The cream sauce was super delicious too - could be drunken on its own. I wish there were some bread for me to finish off the sauce. It was a bit hard to eat using utensils so we used hands haha
Which was the reason why I found them so considerate in providing a wet wipe together with these 2 dishes.

Greek Style Salmon (Baked salmon with black olive and cherry tomato) was pretty good itself - very tender and lean. The skin was so crispy. However, the cherry tomatoes and black olives were too salty.

Dry Aged 30days "Greater Omaha" sirloin (served with Sichuan style sauteed veggie) seemed hard not to pick! The sirloin was tasty too. We took the chef’s recommendation of making it rare. Being 30 days dry aged, it was not bloody at all and it was still super tender. It was a bit too fatty and served a bit cold. I didn't know what the white creamy sauce was but it was ok eating along with the sirloin. Likewise, the Sichuan style sautéed veggies served on the side were overly salty.

Honey Bee Yoghurt Panna Cotta (Yoghurt panna cotta served with homemade orange & thyme jam and sprinkled honey bee candy) was delicious. The panna cotta was very smooth and of the right degree of sweetness. The jam and the sprinkled candy didn't make the whole thing too sweet either. I liked the enhanced texture from the chewy dried fruits. Really made me feel like eating yoghurt as I was eating this.

Dark Chocolate Tiramisu (Dark chocolate added in traditional Italian tiramisu) was quite a good variation of Tiramisu to me because I never really liked the alcohol in traditional tiramisu. So it was mostly dark chocolate which was not too sweet. There was a piece of lady finger inside which was not overly moist. The sliced almond toppings enhanced the texture of the whole thing. Although I found the Panna Cotta better, this dessert was quite good too.
There was no bread basket nor coffee/tea included in the dinner set.
When we left and was waiting for the lift, we saw 2 big fridges with dried age beef!
Overall quality of food was pretty good and was quite a surprise! Service was attentive - maybe because there were only 2 tables of guests during our meal? The server was always trying to fill up our water glasses. Environment was comfortable. Prices seemed reasonable given the location and food quality. No need to spend a fortune for a taste of romantic dinner.
