We were blown away by the unique flavors of the seasonal special, Crab Miso Ramen (蟹味噌拉面). Featuring snow crabsticks, pork and a half onsen egg, the soup base was made from GOGYO’s signature tonkotsu broth infused with the rich essence of crab, and the ramen noodles had an ideal al dente texture 😋 To take it to the next level, I followed the staff’s recommendation and added a dollop of crab butter to each spoonful of noodles. The combination was simply devine🤤

We also ordered several Japanese skewers which were an absolute delight✨ Each skewer was grilled to perfection and delivered a smoky, savory flavor profile that paired harmoniously with our beer.
