If you're looking for a cozy restaurant, this one is for you.Food is better than fair, but don't expect too much. My friend highly recommends their cream brulee but I haven't got a chance for it last time and my first time.I like their atmosphere very much because you can really relax and have a comfy, not formal that make you stiff, tea or dinner there... I'm sure I'll visit Poppy's again very soon!
