We often go to this restaurant for Indonesian food, but our recent visit was a total disaster and we will never go back again!!!First, the food was not up to standard. The 盐烧牛脷 didn't have any taste at all - no taste of ox tongue and even no taste of salt. The laksa with seafood (which cost us $98 + 10% service charge) was even worse. First, the food was not up to standard. The 盐烧牛脷 didn't have any taste at all - no taste of ox tongue and even no taste of salt. The laksa with seafood (which cost us $98 + 10% service charge) was even worse. The soup was definitely not tasty and it was not thick enough. Besides, I had to say that every single piece of seafood (e.g. shrimp, squid etc.) inside the bowl was not fresh and appeared to be tasteless, 连少少鲜味都无!!!
We were also disgusted at the service we experienced that night. When we asked one of the waitresses to help us to divide the laksa into 2 small bowls, we were given all kinds of flimsy excuses and were told to do so ourselves.
Finally, the price has increased significantly after the recent renovation and in view of the poor quality of the food and the service, the place is definitely over-priced. Even more ridiculous, they 居然够胆charged us $18 + 10% for the snacks (chips and cucumber slices) that we didn’t order and were simply put down on our table before our meal and I bet everyone would think that these were complimentary. What a RIP OFF!!!
Well, 一句讲晒,, 别以为装修完可以扮六星级酒店, 更别以为可以将D renovation costs 转落D 客道. 长此下去, 等执啦!!!
