💭This was delicious! I love mushroom based risotto, they are just so fragrant! The flavour was on point! The risotto was cooked just right, creamy without being too thick, a soft al dente, perfect for my liking ( I hate it when risotto tastes like undercooked rice). The duck breast was a beautiful pink colour in the middle and super juicy and tender! 😍
