Like a sparkle in Happy Valley: This place is intimate and low profile, it gives an inviting bistro vibe in the neighbourhood. Cheerfully talkative staff and Thai chefs made us a very pleasant lunchtime. All our picks were up my alley. Grilled pork neck with tamarind chilli dipping sauce was juicy and tender; Massaman curry chicken was very creamy and went well with roti and peanuts from Thailand; Pad Thai vermicelli with prawns was delectable. Exceptional qualities and authentic Thai flavours.

As for the sweets we had Thai milk tea and mango sticky rice. The latter is served with crispy mung beans and savoury coconut milk, it’s a dessert that you won’t want to miss.
