It's amazing how trends come and go in Hong Kong. When Bake first opened, there was such a huge queue. Now? No one is ever in line!I noticed that Bake had a series of limited edition cheese tarts. Like chocolate before it, this time it's lemon with honey. They cost $22 for one ($2 more than the regular ones).It seemed to have a shinier glaze than the regular version. But as the taste of lemon is so strong and sharp, it covered the trademark cheese taste that is usually found in Bake cheese tarts. I liked it enough but wouldn't really return for a repeat purchase. I'd stick to the regular version.
