There are many buffets in Hong Kong, but too many of them are like going to a marketplace and you fight for your food. Here brunch is a truely pleasurable experience.
Their selection of oysters changes, but what is important is their oysters are freshly opened. Sashimi is also fresh, with a selection of tuna, salmon, ark shell clam. You are also served iberico ham per table. The whole buffet table with tons of seafood, from prawns to crabs, salads to soups are just your appetizer, as you order the mains from the menu which included lobster thermidor, deer wellington and if you are still in the mood for breakfast, eggs benedict. If you still have room for dessert, then go for the colorful macarons. If not, you can also finish with a sweet port wine.
The view, the service, the food..worth every penny you pay. Go for it !!!
