What I mean by local is "HK style". The main charactistic is their big portion. The thing that makes 佳文better than most others local sushi shops is their freshness. But then again this also reflected on the price. Average $40-50 a set of sushi is not what you expect from local sushi restaurants. Tried their 吞拿鱼, 海胆, 带子, 剑鱼, and 油甘鱼. total cost $270. Good from local sushi restaurants standard. Particular the 海胆whicrh is actually quite outstanding.Atmosphere is also very local. I think most custom

Atmosphere is also very local. I think most customers are regular and the boss service everyone quite well.
No 10% is another plus.
