Making a mockery of French food

Difficult to know where to start. One thing that is astonishing is the number of positive reviews this very poor establishment has managed to garner. I read one that said it was their best meal in Hong Kong, which borders on sadness. The service was really poor, I had to complain about the undercooked sole, and a matron appeared telling me I was wrong! And then her manager appeared, who looked about 19 years old and spoke to me in a condescending way as if I didn't know good food, which is surpr

I read one that said it was their best meal in Hong Kong, which borders on sadness. The service was really poor, I had to complain about the undercooked sole, and a matron appeared telling me I was wrong! And then her manager appeared, who looked about 19 years old and spoke to me in a condescending way as if I didn't know good food, which is surprising for this 56 year old man who has been to some of the nicest restaurants on this planet. This was not amongst them. One word of advice - simply don't go. I hope they close soon, as worthy French restaurants of which there are plenty in Hong Kong deserve your custom more.
