Went to HLS and tried some new desserts. I am not a fan of mango but a fan of pandan.They had this new mango cream cheese crumble and pandan noodles.Mango cream cheese crumble:A nice smokey gimmick serving the dessert on dry ice with water.Mango pandan cold noodle with ginger and brown sugar:Tried the noodles on its own and they tasted bitter.I was quite confused because they said the green tea powder was not mixed properly but the bitterness tasted like the type you get from soda powder.A nice

A nice side of coconut slush which was quite sweet.
