暹館 泰國餐廳 (華蘭路)

No service at all since the moment I stepped into this restaurant.
My girlfriend and I were the first customers for lunch, standing indoor waiting for a waitress to take us to a table, but only got an order from a waitress - there - with pointing to a table.

We sat down, no water, asked for menu, but got a barcode for us to help ourselves - why would we pay the extra 10% if we serve ourselves? 
Then I ordered a fried rice, waited for 30 mins to get although as said we were the first customers  and finished it within 10mins.
