They always have great stuff at Hana-musubi.This time they it was Okinawan delights.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Mozuku seaweed salad:Got this because it was colourful and I haven't tried this magenta kelp before.It was dressed in an appetizing vinegar and the small portion was surprisingly filling.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Mozuku seaweed, clams and egg soup:The soup had a heavy "sea" taste because of the seaweed and clams.The texture of the kelp was rather viscous while the egg pieces were like silk.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★

Simmered chicken with vegetables
My favourite bits in this dish were the taro balls which were mini peeled taros, they were silky and viscous.The rest of the vegetables were ok.

Minced pork and edamame:
with okinawa brown sugar
The minced pork in the musabi was lean and tasty complemented by the sweet edamame beans.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
Collagen soup:
This has slightly changed since I last tried because it now has beancurd skin and not tofu cubes.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
Luncheon ham and egg:
I was disappointed with this because the egg was sweet, otherwise it would have been yummy.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
