Pekiang Duck - traditional style, a bit diffient with modern one, not only crispy duck skin but also meet. Personally I love hong kong's style more because that one is more crispy and juicy. the bread for wrapping duck was too thick then feel it too mcuh taste of flour
Shredded Chicken with Crystal Flour Noodles/chicken slices with bean jelly sheets雞絲粉皮 to be generally rated as most disappointed food specially bean jelly sheets was too thick as all
Crab meat style egg賽螃蟹-the best of dishs the night. hot, very soft and perfect match with black vinager
chicken soup with wanton(dumping)-soup was recommend
高力豆沙- so so, not very good because temp. was not hot enough and the skin was too thick, a bit hard which you may perfer it would be golden colour, hot and soft and bounce at first........

service - as we expected, not very good, same as what you read from Openrice.

overall, it's not bad for a trip to taste traditional pekking food especially it's 60-70's chinese style decoration you sitting in, but some ppl may not like it much because it's obey traditional pekking cuisine style which not willing to change it taste to accomdate modern chinese cuisine
