The pork knuckle is huggggggggge.

The knuckle is perfectly roasted as its skin is super crispppppp!!!

The meat just simply fall off from the bone by itself when I used the knife to cut down.

The seasoning of the knuckle is spot on .It is not too salty nor underseasoned.

The pickled cabbage/sauerkraut & the thick balsamic sauce help cut through the fatiness of the pig knuckle.

This delicious huge portion dish sales in such affortable price,very values for money!

The sirloin is nicely seared with aromatic beefy flavours.

I love the gravy which pacts with abundant buttery flavours.I guess the chef using beef grease to cook the gravy.

Both pork knuckle & angus sirloin are big portions that can be shared by 2~3 people.

We also ordered two snacks.

The squid spectacles are covered by thin,flaky,crispy butter yet not greasy at all.Yummmmm.

Large portion,can be shared by two people.

Two big pieces of parma ham and bacon strips are on the top of the salad which add nice salty flavours to the salad.

However,I thought tooooo much dressing is drizzled.

We ordered two desserts to make a nice enclosure to the supper.

The panna cotta is silky smooth,very rich and creamy.Its texture is similar to that of mousses.

I like it has a strong alcoholic flavour with a touch of bitterness from the coffee & cocoa.

A special Hong Kong cha chaan teng drink ''Lemon coffee''(柠啡)HKD$14 is provided.Not many eateries nor restaurants will serve this special drink.Worth to try.

The milk tea(奶茶)HKD$13 here is quite soothing as it is rich and silky.It is made by the secret formula which created by this restaurant owner.
