As the sun sets, the intimate dining environment comes alive, rendering the culinary experience all the more enchanting.

One cannot mention Posso without extolling the virtues of their handmade seafood pastas. Each strand of pasta is crafted with care and precision, resulting in a texture that is at once toothsome and tender. I am normally not a fish person, but the 3 days aged red mullet was one of the most impressive dish of the night. Its succulent flesh was imbued with the rich flavors of butter emulsion.

With delicacies executed to perfection, Posso is unequivocally a must-visit for those seeking an elevated gustatory experience.
