今次终于试下传闻中最贵+最好食嘅叉烧饭🤣 餐厅位于Rosewood酒店内 餐厅几有情调 成个环境气氛都好舒适 行入去真系唔似有叉烧饭食😆 我同友人每人叫左一个招牌叉烧饭 另外叫左一个甜酸虾球share 😋招牌叉牌饭: 叉烧用左最软身嘅部份 肥瘦适中 亦烧得刚刚好 有小小脆🥰 而且经过长时间腌制 非常入味 加埋特制嘅蜜糖烧汁 好食!!! 💯 甜酸虾球: 虾好爽脆 汁嘅味道都调制得好好 好开胃👍🏻Finally got to try this most expensive & best barbecue pork on rice in town haha! Barbecue pork on rice: The pork was extra tender, with even fat distribution. It was slightly grilled to char, so the little crisp had added a bit texture to it. With the heavenly honey glaze, this barbecue pork on rice has to be a must-try!! 💯
Sweet and sour prawn: Bouncy prawns with super appetizing sauce, yummm! 👍🏻
