I met up for breakfast with buddy M today after she got off work. I have gone to the Causeway Bay location before, but not this. Servicekay. Environment & Hygiene:Cement, brick and wood is my style, so thumbs up! Hygiene was okay. Taste & Value:There were somewhere between 5 to 10 items to choose from, and all come with coffee/tea. M's: Academics Breakfast You have got to love the presentation of this dish! I tried a bit of everything, and everything tasted decent. The sausage was packed with herbs and the length of it was ridiculously long.
Mine: Eggs Benedict The 2 eggs were placed on 1 side of the muffin because instead of the salad being on the side, it was on the other half of the English muffin. How smart of them, so they saved themselves a piece of ham. I felt cheated. Oh well, I do have to admit that this benedict was indeed very tasty. I think it was broiled and I liked it. The hollandaise sauce was balanced and very tasty, so I forgive them for robbing me my piece of ham.
Cappuccino (+$20) M had a plain lemon tea, and I needed my coffee fix. This drink was soso. It was boring and a little bland tasting. Not the best I have had.
Final Verdict:I continue to have a love hate relationship with them.
