PLUMCOT

Plumcot is a small bakery in Tai Hang.  Run by two pastry chefs with a passion for French pastry, it's truly a place worth a find. They serve a variety of bread and pastries like cannele and madeleines. They also sell ice cream.

I wanted bread and they had a very limited selection available.

This is a  brioche filled with apricot jam ($24). It had a sweet topping that was like the ones found on choux. It oddly resembled a pineapple bun.

The brioche was buttery and soft. Inside was a semi sweet apricot jam.

Lovely little shop with limited baked goods. I'll be back to try out the ice cream some time. Or even a croissant.
