As I had a bit too much sugar the other day, I decided to try 2 of their main courses instead and went for their Miyazaki Rump.

Their mocktails, which had their name on it, looked quite tropical, though there was a bit too much ice.

Their miso butter was just as impressive as last time.

One point that they could have improved was serving the 2 main courses. They served both of them at once to me and I ate it quite in a hurry as I didn't want the dish to cool down.

The Snow Aged Wagyu was amazing. The fat distribution was just right without being too oily. The fried red onions were just as impressive. However, for myself, I loved the rump even more.

The rump, despite having less fat, was just as tender. The aroma of the beef was also more prominent. The balance of using the truffle on the sides was just right without overshadowing the rump.
They even have a tasting menu and I will definitely consider coming back.
