The black truffle shrimp toast(黑松露虾多士） is highly recommended!! Bouncy minced shrimp paste is on top of the golden crispy deep fried toast.With a dollop of fragrant black truffle sauce on top!!!But you have to order early as it is very popular and sold off at late night！
A fresh sashimi boat(航空6刺身舰）is served after the appetisers.

Seafood platter (深海邮轮 )composes of abalones,prawns, scallops,clams...etc.The scallops are sweet and tender.
High quality beef and pork are also served on an unlimited basis!
The beef(肥牛） is fresh,tender and soft with nice strong beef flavour!Recommended!!
