As I only like prawn dumplings, I ordered two portions, (no photograph) so ended up with 8 har-gau’s in the box, also ordered the glutinous rice wrapped in lotus leaves.I had pre-ordered the items via phone, so it was ready when I arrived, the only thing they forgot was the chopsticks.The har-gau had too much lard in it and bit soggy, as for the glutinous rice it was not to soft and not too hard, the leaves were nice and dry.
