Thanks to IVYCWK for getting me these souvenir almond cookies from Koi Kee.They were delicious, I was surprised the almond taste was really strong, it tastes like the almond taste in the Chinese almond milk drink.I could also find pieces of almond in the cookie too.Even though I called it a cookie, the texture is nothing like a cookie, it is dense and crumbly because it is made by heavily compacting the crumbs in the wooden cookie shaped mould.
