因为之前已经饮左cocktail嘅关系,我地就谂住试吓佢d wine🍷 见The Aubrey有提供日本嘅wine,平时又无咩机会饮,就点黎试下😆 佢地嘅日本wine无论红白都偏light/ medium body,饮落都smooth嘅但味道比较单薄,欠缺层次感~下次都系试佢d cocktail会好d🫣

同上一篇一样,中环五星级酒店里面嘅餐厅价钱一定贵🤣 不过佢嘅环境真系好好,非常适合朋友聚会/ 拍拖👫 食物性价比较低,除左和牛三文治其他两样都无特别惊艳嘅感觉,所以都难怪网上评价褒贬不一😶 但为左和牛三文治,我会再返黎的🥹

Visited The Aubrey, the Japanese Izakaya inside the Mandarin Oriental hotel on a Friday night. 😚 You can immediately feel the fusion of English and Japanese cultures when you walk pass the entrance corridor. Food are average in general though I really love the classy vibe and ambience of the restaurant. 💕 M4 Waygu Sando is the MVP of the night!! 🤩 The waygu is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside 🤤 Will definitely come back for this dish!!! 🥹❤️
