话说本身不是 沾仔记 乒乓云吞粉丝... 所以近年都好少去中环两间店除非那天劲肚饿又想快. 但经过「沾仔记 大角咀总店」, 又会试下最原本嘅味道怀旧一下! 呢间总店本身喺石硖尾街档搬过嚟, 以前叫 '沾记' , 加加埋已经 60 多年历史. 现在已经传到第三代, 所以每间分店都系由不同亲戚执行! 不太强烈但还吃得出汤底有大地鱼.*红磡沾仔记已经同本身沾记系列脱离了关系, 远房亲戚已经卖了盘. 而且那店是极蓝的, 叫杯水都要收三蚊.This is the most Original Tsim Tsai Kei store.. This is the most Original Tsim Tsai Kei store.. Which was previously a street cart, then moved to here at Tai Kwok Tsui. It is over 60+ Years in history. It's shops in Central are run by a different family member, and has earned a Michelin recommendation. Famous for their Ping Pong sized Wontons, which are more fillings than actually accurate in terms of traditional Guangzhou/Hong Kong recipe. But it shall be appreciated in that regard..
