The Bakerism is surely the shop that pops up in my mind when I crave for matcha desserts. Their signature Uji Matcha Mochi Shortcake just never disappoints.The shortcake used matcha powder imported directly from Uji, Japan, hence the matcha flavour is very fragrant. The matcha sponge cake was very fluffy and moist with a delicate matcha aftertaste. The cake was infused with gooey milk mochi and melts-in-your-mouth matcha pudding. The fillings added extra layerings and flavours to the cake.
