This trendy looking restaurant caught my eye and I was surprised that it actually sell Chinese traditional noodles. I went inside and it was very bright and welcoming. I sat down and instantly got attracted by the menu. I ordered the recommended noodles as it contains 4 types of food plus my favourite egg noodles. When it arrived, it smelled so good. I chose the spicy shredded chicken, it was spicy but flavourful. The texture was very smooth.
The pork knuckle was out of my expectation, it was so yummy. It absorbed all the flavour, the texture was like jelly and soft.
The beef brisket was tender and meaty.
I love the beef tripe, it was soft and very easy to chew.
They gave me lots of egg noodles which I was very happy, these were my favourite egg noodles. After mixing with the special sauce, it tasted so good. The noodles was stretchy and tasty. It came with a bowl of soup, it was a traditional Chinese soup with carrots, it was sweet.
