The food is alright for meat eaters, there is one "salad wrap" for vegetarians. This is onions, lettuce and two slices of tomatoes with thousand island sauce. Gross. The curries are way way too salty for human consumption, and the pizza is made on tortilla wrap which is then not cooked properly. The live band is great, super entertaining and friendly. As for the service, the female staff will only provide you service if you're a white man who they could potentially get free stuff from or get them permanent residence status in Hong Kong. Extremely arrogant and bitchy staff - who do not try and solve problems, instead just try and get rid of customers. This is not a generalisation after one visit to the restaurant, we went a few times as they serve shisha and drinks as well. However the behaviour was unacceptable and unbelievable. If you go, make sure you go with a white guy who the Filipinos can flirt with in order to get you better service.
Quite frankly, I was a little upset and disappointed in the sheer racism towards the Chinese and other races towards those who are not white.
